Crew Housing That Goes
Where the Work Is.

The job site is three hours from the nearest hotel. The town has no inventory. The project starts on a date, and thirty people need beds on that date. Buildings cannot solve that, because a building needs a market that already exists. A travel trailer does not. We deliver furnished units to the site, set them up, connect them, and service them for as long as the work runs.

What we deploy

Fully furnished travel trailers that sleep two to ten, placed on or next to the site. Each unit arrives with a kitchen, a bathroom, real beds, heat and air, and a housewares package so crews walk in ready. Utility connections are completed by licensed, insured contractors from our preferred vendor network. Where the site has no services, we assess power, water, and sewer options during the site check and build the plan around what is there. Scheduled service visits keep the units working for the life of the project. Temporary RV Living supplies and services the trailers.

From one unit to a camp

A single unit for a superintendent, a row for a rotating crew, or a full set for a build in a place with nothing to rent. We scale in tranches as headcount ramps and pull units as it winds down, so you are not paying for beds nobody is in. Site conditions are documented at setup and at takedown.

How it is billed

One contract and one invoice per project, direct to the company. Terms run month to month or for the length of the job, for as long as the work runs. No per diem reconciliation, no expense reports, no hotel folios.

Where this came from

Our crew housing started with disaster response. The teams rebuilding after a storm needed somewhere to sleep near the work, and the hotels were gone. Those same crews took us to remote oil field camps, and the pattern held: the work is remote, it recurs, and it needs housing that can move. When a community had to rebuild with no hotels or rentals nearby, the crew lived in our units on the site itself.
