You place families in hotels, apartments, and houses every day. Some files do not fit any of them. The rural property with nothing to rent for forty miles. The family with livestock, or a shop, or a parent who will not leave the land. The market where a storm took the inventory the same week it took the roofs. Those are the files we exist for. You keep the policyholder and the carrier relationship. We take the placement.

What we place
A fully furnished travel trailer, sized to the household, set up on the policyholder’s own property. Kitchen, bath, beds, heat and air, and the basics a family needs on day one. A Temporary Housewares package fills in anything beyond that. The family stays near their home, their contractor, their school, and their neighbors while the house is rebuilt, and your file stays with you.
How the vendor relationship works
One email or one call opens a placement. From there we confirm the property can take a unit, check the local rules on a temporary RV during a rebuild, and schedule delivery. Our driver sets and levels the trailer. Utility connections are completed by licensed, insured contractors from our preferred vendor network. Site conditions are documented when the unit is set and again when it is picked up, so the file shows how the property was found and how it was left. Scheduled service visits run for the length of the stay. When the claim closes, we remove the unit and send the closing documentation.
Billing, your way
We bill you or the carrier directly, whichever your program calls for, and we track the placement against the policy’s Additional Living Expenses limit so nobody is surprised at the end. The family pays nothing out of pocket. One vendor invoice covers the unit, delivery, setup, service, and removal.
What your coordinator gets
- One named contact for every file, from open to close.
- Unit options by household size, with photos, before you commit.
- Status updates on your cadence, not ours.
- A documentation package built for the claim file: placement record, site conditions at setup and takedown, service log.
- Optional LossMap aerial documentation of the property, ordered through the same contact.
Where we work
Nationwide, staged near you. We have placed units in every region of the country since 2004.
We are a vendor, not a landlord
We do not have a property address to list, because the property is your policyholder’s. Most housing companies set us up as a vendor category rather than a property listing. If your program needs paperwork to do that, send it and we will fill it out.
FAQ
Can we add you to our housing portal as a landlord?
Usually not, because those forms want a fixed property address and we bring the housing to the policyholder's address. We are set up as a vendor instead. Send us your vendor packet and we will complete it.
Who does the policyholder call during the stay?
Us. The family gets one number for service, questions, and anything that comes up in the unit. You get a summary on the cadence you ask for.
Do you bill us or the carrier?
Either. Some programs want the vendor invoice routed through the housing company; others want it direct to the carrier. Tell us which on the first file and we will keep it that way.
